When we started our journey, it was with the primary intention of leveling out the price differences between Sweden and other European countries. Our means of doing this was by introducing foreign construction companies and building techniques to the Swedish market.

However, already when the first project was won, we encountered the trade barrier of the design and build contract. Not only was it hard for foreign companies to submit a tender, the real challenge was to define and design the building according to Swedish standards.
As a result, we had to take on the responsibility of design. Initially the design was performed by Swedish consultants, but we quickly realized that the level of detail was nowhere near what is necessary for a foreign company. Therefore we started to complement the drawings with our own design team in Belgrade and to provide in-depth knowledge about the Swedish regulations.

Since data is easier to communicate than written language, BIM came naturally in the process. After several years of development, we are ready to offer our end-to-end product, Build Twice, to real-estate developers.
